After Words by Rosemary Starace

From a new, ongoing series of “textless texts,” called After Words (Diptych 1).

Rosemary Starace is a writer and visual artist. This image, After Words (Diptych 1), comes from a series of “textless texts” exploring the connection between writing and drawing, and what comes forth when words recede from “text.” This piece is a mixed media collage, the size of a large book. In her parallel and often intertwined writing life, Starace is the author of a poetry collection, Requitements, and co-editor, with Moira Richards and Lesley Wheeler, of Letters to the World, an international poetry anthology. Further examples of her art and poetry can be seen here: www.rosemarystarace.com. She lives in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA.

Afterwards

“I loved April and her friend Art, they made me cry many times and laugh too.” ~ Alex

Afterwards is the new novel from Satya Robyn. After a serious car crash shatters April’s mundane life, she decides to run the London marathon. Will she reach the finishing line? Compelling and illuminating, it reminds us that it is never too late to begin over again.
